ALTE's 62^nd Meeting and Conference will be hosted by CBAC WJEC and it will take place in Cardiff, United Kingdom, from 2^nd - 4^th April 2025.

The first 2 days (Wednesday and Thursday) of the event are open only to representatives of ALTE Full Members/Associate Members and Individual Expert Members.

Friday 4^th April 2025 will be an open conference day for all those with an interest in the field of language testing. The theme of the conference day will be: 

Assessing Speaking and Spoken Interaction.

Please note, the event on Friday 4^th April will not be live streamed, however the plenary presentations (from 9am till 2.30pm) will be video recorded. 

Online attendance has been arranged only for the ALTE Members’ update, Thursday 3^rd April 2025 (from 4pm to 5.30pm) and it will be free.

How to register:

FIRST STEP

Click on the ‘register’ button on the left-hand side of this webpage and fill the registration form on the ALTE website.

SECOND STEP

Pay the contribution fee to the host organisation (€70 per each representative of ALTE Members/Associate Members/Individual Expert Members). More info on how to make the payment is available in the Practical information document (pages 2-3).

After completing the 2 steps above the registration is complete.

The registration for the event will open in January 2025.

Cancellation policy: If you are not attending the event anymore, please inform the ALTE Secretariat as soon as possible. The €70 contribution is non-refundable.
