ALTE 62nd Meeting and Conference

ALTE's 62nd Meeting and Conference will be hosted by CBAC WJEC and it will take place in Cardiff, United Kingdom, from 2nd - 4th April 2025.

The first 2 days (Wednesday and Thursday) of the event are open only to representatives of ALTE Full Members/Associate Members and Individual Expert Members.

Friday 4th April 2025 will be an open conference day for all those with an interest in the field of language testing. The theme of the conference day will be: 

Assessing Speaking and Spoken Interaction.

Please note, the event on Friday 4th April will not be live streamed, however the plenary presentations (from 9am till 2.30pm) will be video recorded. 

Online attendance has been arranged only for the ALTE Members’ update, Thursday 3rd April 2025 (from 4pm to 5.30pm) and it will be free.

How to register:

FIRST STEP

Click on the ‘register’ button on the left-hand side of this webpage and fill the registration form on the ALTE website.

SECOND STEP

Pay the contribution fee to the host organisation (€70 per each representative of ALTE Members/Associate Members/Individual Expert Members). More info on how to make the payment is available in the Practical information document (pages 2-3).

After completing the 2 steps above the registration is complete.

The registration for the event will open in January 2025.

Cancellation policy: If you are not attending the event anymore, please inform the ALTE Secretariat as soon as possible. The €70 contribution is non-refundable.
